GoRentls is a technology platform. GoRentls is not the owner of listed items. Verification does not constitute: inspection, warranty, certification, endorsement, guarantee of item condition. Renters are advised to perform physical verification of items at handover.Renters must treat rented gear with care. By accepting hand-over, the renter acknowledges the item was received in working condition. Renters are responsible for returning the item in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
To protect both parties, owners and renters must document the condition of the item at both handover and return. We highly recommend taking high-resolution, timestamped photographs and videos of all sides and functional parts of the item prior to use.
If an item is damaged during the rental period, the owner must report the damage within 24 hours of the rental return. Damage reports must be accompanied by clear photo/video evidence from both handover and return to be eligible for claim processing.
If a valid damage report is submitted, GoRentls support will hold the renter's security deposit. Estimated repair costs or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit upon verification. The remaining balance will be returned to the renter.

If a renter disputes a damage report, they have 24 hours to submit counter-evidence. GoRentls support acts as a mediator, reviewing evidence manually to resolve the dispute. Admin decisions are final.
