Standard peer-to-peer terms that apply to every transaction on our platform.
This Rental Agreement is formed directly between the Owner and the Renter once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed. GoRentls is not a party to this agreement and acts solely as an escrow and booking platform facilitator.
The Owner agrees to deliver the equipment in good, safe, working order. The Renter is responsible for inspecting the item at the time of handover and documenting any pre-existing wear or damage by uploading photos/videos. By proceeding with handover, the Renter accepts the item as is.
The Renter agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all local laws and safety guidelines. The Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the equipment during the rental period. Sub-leasing or transferring the equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Renter must return the equipment to the Owner on or before the rental end date and time in the same condition received. Late returns without prior Owner approval are subject to additional daily rental rates plus a late fee of up to 50% of the daily rate.
