Renters selectively choose verified profiles to avoid disputes. Verified owners receive a Verified Owner badge, get priority placement in local search results, enjoy 100% earnings retention with 0% platform commissions on every booking, and qualify for automated direct payouts.
Individual store owners submit their verified PAN Card. The PAN holder name must match your settlement bank account name exactly. In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, raw Aadhaar numbers or unmasked scans are strictly never requested or stored.
For corporate, LLP, or registered partnership stores, enter your 15-character GSTIN. Unregistered micro-stores are fully supported with statutory turnover self-declarations.
Bank account number and IFSC code for direct payouts. Commercial vehicle fleet operators also provide their valid Rent-a-Cab or Rent-a-Motor Cycle licence.
Choose "List Equipment" during signup or switch roles in your profile.
Securely submit your store profile, PAN, settlement bank, and DPDP privacy consents.

We encrypt all uploaded documents at rest in private storage buckets. In full compliance with DPDP regulations, raw Aadhaar numbers are never collected, and documents are only reviewed by authorised compliance personnel.
