GoRentls is a technology platform. GoRentls is not the owner of listed items. Verification does not constitute: inspection, warranty, certification, endorsement, guarantee of item condition. Dispute resolution is mediated based strictly on evidence provided by the parties.If a dispute arises (regarding item condition, security deposits, cancellations, or damages), either owner or renter can file a dispute within 24 hours of the rental return or cancellation date. Disputes must be filed through the GoRentls platform.
Disputes move through the following states: (1) OPEN: dispute is filed and awaits renter/owner evidence; (2) UNDER_REVIEW: GoRentls support is manually reviewing the evidence; (3) RESOLVED: GoRentls has issued a final resolution (payout, partial payout, or refund); (4) REJECTED: dispute claim was rejected due to lack of evidence or policy violations.
Parties must submit clear evidence to support their claim. This includes: (1) Timestamped high-resolution photos or videos of the item; (2) In-app message logs showing agreement; (3) Delivery receipts or tracking logs. Counter-evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of dispute notification.
GoRentls serves solely as a marketplace technology platform intermediary. GoRentls does not inspect, certify, guarantee, or warranty the condition, safety, or legality of any listed items. We mediate disputes in good faith based on user-submitted evidence, but do not assume liability for transactions.
Upon manual review, the GoRentls admin will issue a resolution. Funds held in booking protection will be distributed as payouts to the owner or refunded to the renter according to the dispute resolution terms. All manual admin resolutions are final and binding.
